New Year fitness goals

The new year, new me goals are always flowing in but how do we plan on staying on track. This year I want to see more people crushing it and less talking. 

For starters diets suck!!!! You should not be waking up everyday focused on why you don't want to eat that same old chicken and broccoli...... instead you should be extremely excited to find new fun ways to change your lifestyle.

Change is good and if anyone says any different then they aren't good company. So here's a few ways that helped me changed my lifestyle for good!

1. Start with reachable goals 

Don't start off saying I'm going to lose 30lbs without even knowing the steps to get there. Make small goals to reach each week along with ways to reach those goals. ex; walking 10,000 steps a day or counting macros

2. Preparing meals

I knowwwwww we absolutely hate left overs in 2022 but that doesn't mean that you can't plan your meals ahead of time so you can always make the better choice! 3. Self Motivation

Of course if you could just motivate yourself you would have been reached your goals right? but what if I say in order to have an accountability partner or a coach you'd have to believe in yourself and love your body at each stage that its in! Ever heard "you can lead the horse to the water but you can't make him drink it"? Well its a true statement I CAN COACH YOU AND BELIEVE IN YOU BUT DO YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF ENOUGH TO DO IT?
